We are an External Prevention Service whose main purpose is to reduce occupational accidents in those companies that arrange the service, complying with the legal obligations that the employer must guarantee to ensure the safety and health of workers and workers. your service, an object that is reflected in our Vision and Mission.

A team with more than 230 professionals, technicians and health professionals, spread over 22 work centers; 19 health surveillance centers strategically located and three technical offices one in Zamudio, another in Donostia-San Sebastián and another in Vitoria-Gasteiz, make it possible that day by day we are leaders in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.


In mid-2014 Koordinatu was born as a business unit of IMQ Prevencion, responding to the need of companies to have a service to facilitate the management of business activities in occupational health and safety, thus ensuring legal compliance.

IMQ Prevencion's own staff accompanies the client developing all the phases of the service start-up process. We deal with the implementation of the tool adapting it to the specific needs of each company, through user training, until the registration of companies and final release of document management.

Koordinatu proposes a comprehensive service that, through the provision of a specialized team, accompanies the client throughout the life cycle of the project.

This team will be responsible for managing the documentation, authorizing or not its validation. But beyond this action, it will carry out the service of call center to the client itself and to his contractors, managing to reduce the administrative paperwork and allowing the company to focus its resources to the generation of value.
